Are programs on a month-to-month basis?
Your program will auto-renew on a monthly basis until you notify me that you would no longer like to continue. You can start and stop at any time.
Are any partial refunds available based on when I cancel?
Because you may begin your membership at any time, I do not offer any “pro-rated” refunds for cancellation. You will have until the end of your “month” (30 days after your monthly billing date) to use the membership.
What if I’m interested in more customized fitness and nutrition programs?
If you’re looking for something that is personalized to your needs and goals, fill out the application above and I will contact you with further details. Are any discounts available for the monthly membership?
The best things in life are worth paying for, and this program is an investment back into yourself and your health.
Are there “specialty” options for the nutritional program?
When you enroll in the monthly membership with access to meal tips and recipes, I will be including different recipes each month, sometimes including: vegetarian, low-carb, and paleo. However, vegan options will not be included at the present time.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Answer: It’s up to you!
Some people may see results in as little as 4 weeks, but it is almost entirely up to you. If you follow the program closely and are monitoring your eating habits, you can see results quickly. However, if you are indulging in “cheat” meals all of the time and skipping workouts throughout the week, it will slow your progress (if not stop it entirely). Health and fitness is a commitment, not a short term solution.
